Stepped Ranger Couplings are designed to join pipes of various outside diameters with different nominal
bores. Stepped Ranger Couplings can connect steel, ductile
iron, UPVC, cast iron, asbestos cement and other rigid pipe materials.
Corrosion protection is available in Fusion Bonded Epoxy and Red Oxide Primer as standard. Optional
coatings toest2mer specifications are available on request.
Gasket material is EPDM and designed to provide a leak tight seal across the O.D. range allowing for
ther-mal expansion and contraction of the pipe. It is strongly recommended that the rubber sealing
gaskets are well lubricated with a suitable non toxic soap solution before the introduction of the pipe.
