When Emirates Glass LLC first began operations, we utilized a state-of-the-art Leybold (Germany) 6-cathode coating line. This initial setup featured:
- A loading bed of 2440 x 3600mm
- An annual production capacity of 750,000 sqm
This technology allowed us to meet the growing demands of the local construction industry and establish ourselves as a reliable supplier of high-quality architectural glass.
Upgraded Capacity
To keep pace with increasing demand and to push the boundaries of glass technology, we’ve since upgraded our facilities with a cutting-edge Applied Materials GmbH 20-cathode line. This significant investment has dramatically increased our capabilities:
- An expanded loading bed of 3300 x 7000mm
- A remarkable annual production capacity of 3,500,000 sqm
This upgrade not only increased our output but also enhanced the quality and consistency of our products, solidifying our position as an industry leader.
New Market Entry
The addition of the TERRA-G coater has been a game-changer for Emirates Glass LLC. This advanced technology has enabled us to enter the market of post-temperable stock sheets for finished architectural glass products.
