Made in Saudi is a dedicated platform showcasing Saudi factories and manufacturers from various industrial sectors and their related products.

In April 2020, the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the GCC launched the Made in the GCC platform. This initiative includes all six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) platforms and local national platforms, directly supporting Gulf factories and companies producing the region’s unified national product before the common Gulf market agreement is activated. Consequently, it lays the foundation for a Gulf market that promotes domestic Gulf goods.

Following this, the Gate was launched in May 2020. It marked the opening of the country’s first specialized platform featuring Saudi factories and manufacturers across all industrial sectors and their derivatives. The platform provides detailed profiles of each factory, including information about its establishment, services offered, and products available through an online catalog. This setup facilitates direct contracts between factories and national companies and suppliers from Saudi Arabia

Moreover, the platform aims to empower local products, enhance Saudi industries, and increase the efficiency of the industrial sector, enabling them to compete both locally and regionally. It achieves this by showcasing exemplary national institutions.

The Gate also strives to make national products the consumer’s first choice by ensuring high quality. This supports Industry Strategy 2030, boosting opportunities for national companies and factories to enter new markets and promote products locally and internationally.

Additionally, the platform is divided into various sections: food industries, petrochemical industries, medical industries, metal industries, electrical industries, chemical industries, wood industries, textile industries, oil industries, plastic industries, operational industries, recycling industries, and supportive industries such as banking, insurance, construction and contracting, shipping, branching, packaging, and customs clearance.
