Key Technical Features

Robust Construction: We use steel at least 2mm thick to build every unit in our Protection Relay & Control Panels lineup. For extra strength, we reinforce the bottom plates with three 3mm steel layers. This rugged build protects the panels from environmental damage and increases their durability.

Integrated Design: Each panel stands independently with a metal enclosure. We build them to include controls, meters, instruments, and both protective and auxiliary relays—all in one integrated structure.

Safety and Accessibility: We use splinter-proof tempered glass for the swing doors, with a minimum thickness of 3mm. We hinge both front and rear doors to allow easy access for testing or maintenance. This design supports safe and efficient handling.

Wiring and Identification: We equip all panels with internal wiring rated at 600/1000V. The conductors are made of PVC-insulated, stranded, annealed copper. We clearly label wires using white ferrules with black letters. For trip circuits, we use red ferrules to ensure easy identification and safety.

Grounding and Visualization: A copper ground bus runs the entire length of the panel line-up. Colored mimic bus diagrams on the front panel illustrate bus bars, feeders, power transformers, circuit breakers, grounding switches, and more.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Our team performs all routine tests listed in IEC 60439-1 and ANSI/IEEE C37.21 standards on every panel assembly. We test all relays and meters using secondary injection methods. We also conduct full functional checks in the factory based on approved vendor drawings and industry standards.
