Youssef embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 with a passion for crafting premium gelato. To refine his expertise, he traveled to
Italy, where he mastered the art of gelato-making under renowned artisans. Upon his return, he established an ice cream lab, which later on
drov him to create Al-Ezdhar and Al-Rafah company ltd.
Driven by innovation and commitment to quality, the business quickly
gained momentum. Today, the company has grown into a thriving enterprise, managing four successful brands and operating a state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility spanning 5,600 square meters.
