The journey began in the heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the late Sheikh Mohammed Al-Saad Al-Ajlan, who laid the foundation stones for the Mohammed Al-Saad Al-Ajlan & Sons Company. This was established through Commercial Registration No. (6), a number that tells a story of significant development over more than seven decades. Sheikh Mohammed Al-Saad Al-Ajlan – may he rest in peace – built this great edifice on solid foundations through a keen insight into commercial and economic dealings, based on dedication to work and honesty in dealings to achieve the desired goals. After his passing, the journey continued under the leadership of his sons, who followed the same path and approach.

About Mohamed S- AL Ajlan Sons Co. :

When Sheikh Mohammed Al-Saad Al-Ajlan, may he rest in peace, went to the Ministry of Commerce during its early days, he was the sixth person after five others who had requested a commercial registration before him. Hence, the company received Commercial Registration No. (6), which states that the store was opened in 1346 AH. With this date, we can determine the distinguished position of the Mohammed Al-Saad Al-Ajlan & Sons Company, which was operating even before the commercial registration system was established. The company maintained the success initiated by its founder and moved on to greater and broader successes under the leadership of his sons. They were able, through their cooperation and understanding, to expand the company’s activities into wider fields and achieve promising and continuous success, standing out among their peers. Their motto has always been honesty and integrity in dealings and precision in execution, which are the elements of success after the grace of God Almighty.

كانت الانطلاقة من قلب المملكة  العربية السعودية بقيادة المرحوم الشيخ / محمد السعد العجلان عندما وضع اللبنات الأولى لشركة أبناء محمد السعد العجلان وذ لك من خلال السجل التجاري رقم (6) هذا الرقم الذي يروي قصة تطور عظيم عبر اكثرمن سبعةعقود من الزمن . وضع الشيخ / محمد السعد العجلان – رحمه الله – أسس هذا الصرح الكبير على أسس متينة من خلال نظرة ثاقبة في المعامله التجاريه والاقتصاديه جوهرها التفاني في العمل والصدق في المعاملة للوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة. وانطلقت الميسرة بعد وفاة المرحوم بقيادة أبنائه الذين استمروافي نفس النهج و التعامل

لمحة عن الشركة : 

عندما ذهب الشيخ محمد السعد العجلان رحمه الله إلى وزارة التجارة وكانت فى أيامها الأولى كان السادس بعد خمسة دخلوا قبله لطلب السجل التجاري ومن هنا كان لهذه الشركة السجل التجاري رقم ( 6 ) وقد دون في السجل التجاري بان تاريخ افتتاح المحل عام 1346 هـ ، ومع هذا التاريخ يمكننا أن نحدد المكانة العريقة لشركة أبناء محمد السعد العجلان، والتي كانت تعمل حتى قبل صدور نظام السجل التجاري بسنوات عديدة التي حافظت عل نجاح كان قد بدأه مؤسسها ، لتدخل إلى نجاحات اوسع وأكبر على يد أبنائه ، والذين استطاعوا عبر تكاتفهم وتفاهمهم على الانطلاق بأعمال الشركة إلى مجالات ارحب ومستويات من النجاح الواعد والمستمر والمميز بين أقرانها ، حيث كان شعارها ولا يزال الصدق والأمانة في المعاملة والدقة في الإنجاز وهؤلاء عناصر النجاح بعد توفيق الله سبحانه.
