Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PCPC) is a pioneering joint venture between Saudi Aramco Power Company (SAPCO) and A.R.C.H. W.L.L (ARCH). Formed specifically for Saudi Aramco’s Third-Party Cogeneration Project, PCPC focuses on delivering reliable and cost-efficient energy solutions to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s long-term development goals.
Activities: What We Do
At Power Cogeneration Plant Company, we operate under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) framework. Each phase is integral to ensuring operational excellence and seamless transitions:
- Build: Constructing cogeneration plants with a focus on safety, performance, and reliability.
- Own: Managing plant ownership for 20 years from the Commercial Operation Date, ensuring all assets are well-maintained.
- Operate: Keeping plants operational and efficient, following directives from Saudi Aramco.
- Transfer: Handing over the plants to Saudi Aramco once the project lifecycle is complete.
