Before the molten materials are transferred from the furnace into the auto conveyer casting machine, experienced staff begin the process of purifying the aluminum to remove any remaining impurities and then add the appropriate elements, such as Copper, Silicon, etc.
We provide our clients with grades based on their requested specifications, whether it is ADC-12, AK5M2, A380, LM6, LM9, LM24, AC2B, or AC4B.
casting ingots of 600 x 90 x 55 mm (usually 6 kg; approx. 650 kg per bundle) are produced utilizing an automated conveyer casting method.
The finished products are packaged into standard bundles, labeled with printed stickers detailing the bundles’ contents, strapped for transport convenience, and shrink-wrapped if necessary.
