Sulphur & Sulphuric Acid
Sulphur Bentonite Pastilles – SB 90
Fertilizer grade sulphur bentonite pastilles of 2 – 4 MM size are produced from pure molten sulphur. The swelling bentonite ruptures the sulphur into small particles enabling the efficient uptake of the sulphur by the growing plants. It is of even size pastilles of Tan cooper color. The free flowing and dust free characteristics make our product ideal for blending with other fertilizers for the widest range of crops
Our Sulphur Bentonite Pastilles plant technology is based on Steel Belt Cooling Pastillation Process by M/S SANDVIK. It consists of three principal steps:
- Accurate ratio of mixing molten sulphur with specially selected bentonite of fertilizer grade.
- Pastillation & Solidification system for making the pastilles.
- De-dusting, size segregation and packing system..
It is used in agriculture which increase crops nitrogen utilization, phosphate and micronutrient uptake. It also used as soil enhancer by reducing the pH of the soil.
Sulphur, Elemental Sulfur, Brimstone
Industrial & Fertilizer grade elemental sulphur pastilles of 2 – 4 MM size are produced from pure molten sulphur. It is of even size pastilles of light yellowish color. The free flowing and dust free characteristics make our product ideal for the widest range of applications.
Our Sulphur Pastilles plant technology is based on Steel Belt Cooling Pastillation Process by M/S SANDVIK. It consists of three principal steps:
It is used in production of Sulphuric acid, Fertilizer, Fine chemicals, Fungicide, Pesticide and other important sulphur chemistry products.
SULPHURIC ACID (98.5%)
Sulphuric acid is a colorless, odorless oily liquid. It is also named as Oil of Vitriol or Spirit of Sulphur and different names that refer to the chemical compound H2SO4. It boils at 338°C, has a specific gravity of 1.84@ 15˚C, and mixes violently with water.
Our sulphuric acid plant technology is based on the Double Conversion, Double Absorption (DCDA) contact process by M/S.Monsanto – DMCC Enviro-Tech and Engineering Limited. It consists of three principal steps:
Sulphuric Acid extensively used in fertilizer manufacturing, water treatment plants, petrochemical, metallurgical & steel industry, pulp and paper industry, storage batteries and as raw material for a wide variety of chemical industries.
Our standard grade is of concentration 98.5%, and we too have in-house facility to produce different grades of sulphuric acid concentration varying from 78% up to 5%
