Detailed Construction
Each 600V Copper Wire features soft-drawn annealed copper, fully compliant with UL 83 standards. Sizes 14, 12, and 10 AWG are available in both solid and stranded options, while sizes 8 AWG and above come only in stranded form. The wire includes an extruded PVC insulation layer, rated for 75°C and 90°C. For added protection, we apply a durable nylon jacket. This outer layer resists abrasion, heat, light, and moisture. It also makes conduit installation smoother and faster.
