TIEPCO’s Automation Solutions include high-performance PLC and automation panels engineered to comply with the latest technical requirements. Our panels follow the specifications of Saudi Electricity Company, including 31-TMSS-01 and 38-TMSS-05. They also meet Saudi Aramco standards such as 16-SAMSS-514 and 34-SAMSS-815. Additionally, we build them to comply with international benchmarks like IEC 60297, ANSI/NFPA 70, and ANSI/ECA 310D. Rugged Construction: We build each panel with steel that’s at least 2mm thick. The bottom plates use 3mm steel for added strength against damage and tough environments.

Secure Wiring and Identification: Our Automation Solutions use internal wiring rated at 600/1000V. We apply PVC insulation or use SIS, XHHW, or THHN/THWN wiring based on project needs. Each wire includes white ferrules with black lettering for easy device and terminal identification. We use red ferrules only for trip circuits to ensure safety and clarity.

Safety-First Design: Swing doors feature transparent, splinter-proof tempered glass. Both front and rear doors are hinged, offering full access during testing or maintenance.

Complete Grounding and Visual Clarity: Each panel includes a full-length copper grounding bus. Front panels feature a colored mimic bus diagram to clearly illustrate power transformers, breakers, feeders, and grounding switches.
