The POWER PACK (18kV – 40kV) connects easily to any iTIG series model using standard low-voltage cables. Designed to perform high-voltage tests such as Hipot and Surge, this device ensures automated switching between testing modes. An extra ground lead enhances safety by securing the motor frame during testing. Using the iTIG’s screen, users can select tests while the device transmits results for processing, storage, and display.
All-in-One Test Reporting
Whether tests are conducted using the iTIG alone or in combination with the POWER PACK (18kV – 40kV), results are compiled into a unified test report. This simplifies diagnostics and record-keeping for maintenance teams and engineers alike.
Portability with Power
Despite its compact size and light weight—under 50 lbs (23 kg) for 18kV–30kV models—the POWER PACK (18kV – 40kV) delivers substantial performance. It provides up to 45 joules of surge test output energy at 30kV, with a 100nF discharge capacitance. It’s engineered for portability without compromising testing capability, making it ideal for field service professionals.
Voltage Range and Custom Options
The Power Pack supports multiple voltage configurations including 18kV, 24kV, 30kV, and 40kV. For those who require secure transportation, an optional Pelican shipping case with protective foam and roller wheels is available.
